The very additive for obtaining the perfect cream is... lemon juice.

How to make the most delicious cream

First, you need to squeeze the juice out of the lemon. You need to get 30 milliliters of sour drink.

Next, pour 380 grams of condensed milk into a deep container. In other words, the entire contents of a standard can.

Pour the previously squeezed lemon juice into the container with condensed milk.

Start beating the mixture with a mixer at high speed. The procedure should be quite long: at least 8 minutes.

You need to make sure that the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy.

The result will be a delicious mass for soaking the cakes.

You can use this cream as an additive for pancakes or fritters.

Or you can simply pour some of the mixture into a glass, put it in the refrigerator, take it out after half an hour and decorate with pieces of fruit: you will get a very beautiful and incredibly tasty dessert.
