Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to cook cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin.
You will need:
- pumpkin 200 g;
- flour 2 tbsp;
- sugar 50 g;
- cottage cheese 200 g;
- yogurt 100 ml;
- egg 1 pc;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Peel the pumpkin, cut the pulp and boil it in water (or bake it). When it is ready and cools down, make puree from it.
2. Add flour and sugar to the pumpkin puree, then mix with a blender.
3. Next, mix the cottage cheese, yogurt and egg, beat. If the mixture is too runny, add a little flour. Sugar to taste.
4. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the first layer of pumpkin, then the cottage cheese.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Enjoy!
