You will need:
- pumpkin 1 kg;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- oatmeal 3 tbsp;
- sugar 2 tsp;
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp;
- water a quarter of a glass;
- corn starch 1 tbsp;
- yeast (briquette) 25 gr.
How to cook
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add cornstarch. Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour.
2. The pumpkin pulp needs to be grated on a fine grater.
3. Beat eggs with sugar until smooth.
4. Add vegetable oil, oatmeal and grated pumpkin to the resulting mixture.
5. Mix and add to the prepared dough, then knead the dough, let it stand for 45 minutes and transfer to a baking dish.
Bake the casserole until done in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Enjoy!
