You will need:
- crab sticks 200 g;
- eggs 4 pcs;
- Korean carrots 250 g;
- processed cheese 2 pcs;
- mayonnaise.
How to cook
1. Do not defrost the crab sticks, but cut them into thin strips or cubes as you like.
2. Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, grate on a coarse grater or mash with a fork, do the same with the processed cheese.
3. Korean-style carrots should be placed in a colander or sieve to remove excess marinade.
4. Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with mayonnaise or another less caloric sauce.
