Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told what to cook from apples and lavash in a hurry.
You will need:
- lavash 100 gr;
- apples 2-3 pcs;
- sugar 1-2 tbsp;
- starch (corn) 1 tsp;
- butter.
How to cook
1. Peel the apples (it is better to take the sweet and sour variety), cut into small cubes, or grate on a coarse grater.
2. Heat a frying pan and fry the apples in butter, after mixing them with sugar.
3. When the apples become soft, add the starch, stir and remove the pan from the heat.
4. Distribute the apples over the lavash sheet, leaving a little space from the edge. You can sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
5. Roll into a roll, cut into portions with a sharp knife and fry in butter on both sides.
Serve with tea. Enjoy your meal!
