The recipe is very simple, and the resulting dish is just as tasty, but more tender and healthy than syrniki.

You will need:
- cottage cheese 500 g;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- sugar to taste;
- semolina 70 g;
- sour cream 150 g;
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp;
- baking powder 1 tsp;
- a pinch of salt.
How to cook
1. Grease a baking dish with butter and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Pour sour cream over the semolina in a bowl, stir and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. At this time, beat the eggs with sugar in a separate bowl, and then add the finished mixture to the cottage cheese.
4. Mix with the remaining ingredients, add baking powder, salt, semolina with sour cream and knead a homogeneous dough.
5. Pour it into a mold and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Let the casserole cool down a bit, remove from the pan and serve. Enjoy!
