Cabbage is one of the healthiest vegetables, but not the most expensive.
It contains vitamins and microelements necessary for the human body, as well as useful substances, but not everyone likes dishes with cabbage.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to make a cabbage pie for the whole family.

You will need:
- eggs 4 pcs;
- kefir 250 ml;
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp;
- baking powder 1 tsp;
- flour 220 g;
- white cabbage 400 g;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
1. Peel the cabbage from the top leaves, chop, fry over moderate heat until half cooked.
2. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a fork, pour them over the cabbage directly in the pan, stir, then remove the pan from the heat and let the contents cool.
3. Separately, beat the eggs with salt in a bowl, add kefir and vegetable oil, and mix.
4. Mix flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve into the finished mixture. Knead the dough, similar to pancake dough.
5. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, pour in half of the dough, put in the cabbage filling and pour in the remaining dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the pie for 35-40 minutes.
