You will need:
- pumpkin pulp 280 g;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- sour cream 50 g;
- vegetable oil 50 ml;
- sugar 150 g;
- flour 180 g;
- a pinch of salt;
- vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp;
- baking powder 1 tsp;
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp;
- ground ginger 0.5 tsp.
How to cook
1. Grate the pumpkin pulp on a fine grater, beat the eggs with vanilla sugar and salt, add regular sugar, continuing to beat.
2. Add grated pumpkin to the prepared fluffy mass, add sour cream and stir.
3. Separately mix together the flour and baking powder and sift into the egg mixture. Mix and then add cinnamon and ginger.
4. Add vegetable oil and stir.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the baking dish with oil.
Pour the dough into the pan and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
Let it cool, then remove from the mold and serve. Enjoy!
