These ingredients will be appropriate when preparing absolutely any salad. In some stores you can even find special salad mixes made from nuts and seeds.
An excellent option would be to introduce pine nuts. Sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, chia and flax seeds will transform the vegetable salad.
Tofu or cream cheese
The first option is ideal for those who are trying to reduce the amount of animal protein in the body: this cheese is of plant origin.
But cottage cheese can be used in all other cases.
Spices
Not only pepper and salt can become components for a vegetable salad. The dish will be transformed thanks to a small amount of chili.
Curry powder goes well with fresh vegetables.
