It's time to make up a menu for the holiday table and think about new culinary masterpieces.
It is considered good manners to have one salad with fish and one with meat on the festive table, and the third at the discretion.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told what an interesting salad with fish can be prepared for the holiday table.
You will need:
- red fish fillet 150 g;
- potatoes 2 pcs;
- carrot 1 pc;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- fresh cucumber 1 pc.
- mayonnaise.
How to cook
1. Boil carrots, potatoes in their skins, and hard-boil eggs.
2. When ready, peel and grate all the vegetables on a coarse grater.
3. Separate the white from the yolk and grate it on a coarse grater. Chop the yolk finely and use for decoration.
4. Cut the fish into thin strips.
5. Lay out the salad layers in the following order, covering each with mayonnaise: potatoes,
fish, carrots, cucumber, egg white.
Finally, coat the salad on all sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle with crumbled egg yolk and fresh herbs.
We put the dish in the refrigerator to infuse for a few hours, and serve. Enjoy!
