Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to cook it at home.
You will need:
- potatoes 1 kg;
- onion 1 pc;
- garlic 2 cloves;
- butter 20 g;
- chicken broth 400 ml;
- salt and pepper (ground black) to taste.
How to cook
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into circles no thicker than 5 mm, sprinkle with salt and spices.
Cut the peeled onion into half rings and press the garlic.
2. Heat a frying pan and fry the onion in butter.
When it becomes transparent, add the garlic, stir and after 2 minutes remove the vegetables from the heat.
3. Place half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish and spread the onion and garlic mixture evenly over the top.
4. Place the remaining potatoes in an overlapping pattern, pour in the chicken broth and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
