How to make minced meat nests

Chop the onion and 200 grams of mushrooms. Put both ingredients in a heated frying pan and fry for a few minutes.

The filling is almost ready. You can start forming the "nests".

Salt half a kilo of minced meat, add spices and beat it.

Roll several balls from the meat base. Press them down and make a depression in each of the resulting "flat cakes".

Fill the resulting “nests” with a small amount of grated cheese, as well as the previously prepared onion-mushroom mixture.

The top layer of the filling should be mayonnaise.

Transfer all the minced meat "constructions" into a baking dish and put it in the oven. Temperature - 190 degrees.

After 20 minutes, remove the pan and sprinkle each nest with small tomato cubes and grated cheese. Return the culinary products to the oven. Additional baking should continue for about a quarter of an hour.

The result will be an incredibly beautiful and appetizing dish.
