Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to prepare a salad of chicken with pineapples.

You will need:
- chicken fillet (cold smoked) 250 g;
- champignons 100 g;
- eggs 3 pcs;
- cheese 150 gr;
- canned pineapples 150 g;
- Korean carrots 150 g;
- mayonnaise.
How to cook
1. Boil the eggs hard and grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry until golden brown.
3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
4. Chop the pineapples and place the salad layers in a culinary ring in the following order.
First the chicken, then the mushrooms, carrots, pineapples, a layer of mayonnaise, grated eggs.
5. Grease the salad on all sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, remove the ring and serve the salad. Enjoy!
