The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
We will need one boiled beetroot, two boiled eggs, a pickled cucumber, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and half an onion.
You will also need a pinch of sugar, a tablespoon of sunflower oil, and dill and salt to taste.
We start cooking by cutting a medium-sized onion into small cubes.
Then we put it in a marinade of vinegar, sugar and finely chopped dill for 15 minutes.
Next, peel the boiled eggs. Cut into cubes. The same procedure with cucumbers and boiled beets.
At the finish line, thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
And the last step is to season the salad with sunflower oil.
