Did you know that ordinary lavash can be easily and simply turned into a gourmet dish?
Do you want your family to be surprised by sudden culinary changes and appreciate your new product?
Then a lavash pie is what you need. It can be for lunch or dinner.

Pros
Another advantage is that the cooking process does not take much time.
Another advantage: this type of lavash is very easy to prepare and at the same time allows you to fully express your creative culinary imagination.
This is especially true for the filling, the variations of which can be unimaginable.
The recipe for this unusual dish was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
We start by cutting two sheets of lavash into two parts (this applies to each sheet).
This way we get 4 blanks for future rolls.
Filling
For the classic variation of the dish, we work with minced meat, fresh herbs and onions.
You can add salt and pepper to your taste.
You can also use vegetables, mushrooms, cheese as a filling; in general, there are many options.
Mix all the ingredients for the filling thoroughly.
In the case of minced meat, add finely chopped greens and onions, season with pepper and salt.
If the filling is vegetable, you can use, for example, carrots with cabbage, pumpkin, mushrooms, cottage cheese with herbs, etc.
Place a strip of filling on the edge of each lavash sheet.
Carefully roll the sheet into a tight roll, then repeat the procedure with other sheets until all the filling is used up.
Baking
Now take a baking dish and lay out the rolls in a circle.
Do not press them tightly against each other - there should be a small space between the rolls so that they bake evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix raw eggs with mayonnaise or natural yogurt.
This mixture will help all the ingredients to come together during the baking process and will add juiciness to the pie.
Next, pour the egg mixture evenly over the rolls in the mold.
For additional flavor and aroma, you can sprinkle the top of the pie with grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the pie pan there for half an hour.
At the end of the procedure, the pie should be golden, and the cheese on the surface should melt and brown a little.
