But what if you love kiwi?
Scientists from the University of Barcelona suggest a replacement: combine this fruit with plant-based milk.
Oat or almond milk does not contain casein, so there will be no reaction.
An experiment involving 200 volunteers showed that 85% of them reported improved digestion after switching to plant-based alternatives.
