We will need the mushrooms themselves - about half a kilo of champignons.
You will also need one onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 50 grams of sour cream, 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
You will also need a tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper (to taste), and a few sprigs of dill.
Preparation
First, let's wash and dry our mushrooms.
We leave the smaller ones intact, and cut the larger ones in half.
We also cut the onion (into half rings), chop the garlic, and chop the dill.
Place the mushrooms in a single layer in a frying pan heated with oil.
Fry without a lid - wait until juice starts to come out and the color turns golden.
Reduce heat, cover with a lid and simmer for about five minutes.
Then add the onion, stir, cover and simmer for another 5-7 minutes until soft.
Now you need to pour in a little water, add sour cream and stir well, thus ensuring a homogeneous mass of sauce.
Add soy sauce, crushed garlic, stir. Let it boil.
Then you can add salt and pepper if desired.
The finishing stage
Add dill, stir, turn off the heat.
Leave it covered for about ten minutes so that the dish is infused with aromas.
