How to Make Herring Under a Fur Coat Sandwiches
First, prepare the vegetable ingredients. Boil a potato, carrot, and beetroot (one each). Cool the vegetables until done, peel them, and chop them with a fine grater.
Place the resulting potato mass into one container, the grated carrots into another, and the beet mass into a third.
Mix each vegetable mass with a small amount of mayonnaise.
After that, start making canapes. Take a few slices of rye bread and cut them into squares (comparable in size to pieces of herring).
