There are plenty of original ideas that allow you to effectively serve potatoes at a festive table.
The difficulty is that many of them take up a lot of time, which is not much before the holiday.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to quickly prepare potatoes with cheese for the holiday table.
You will need:
- potatoes (large) 4 pcs;
- cheese 200 gr;
- cream 250 ml;
- oregano 1 tsp;
- spices to taste.
How to cook
1. Wash and peel the raw potatoes, and when ready, cut into round slices.
2. Mix spices and seasonings with salt and to taste, and thoroughly rub the potato slices with the resulting mixture.
3. Place the prepared potatoes in a baking dish, filling it halfway.
4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the potatoes with half of the grated cheese. Then put the rest of the potatoes, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and pour in the cream.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Enjoy!
