The can of coffee needs to be taken to any place, the main thing is that it is dry and cool.
This condition must be observed in order to preserve the crumbly texture of the coffee. By the way, for the same reason, you should not take coffee with a wet spoon - measure out the required amount of granules using a dry cutlery.
As for ground coffee, it is best stored in a tin or glass jar with a tightly closed lid.
The same recommendation applies to coffee beans.
Otherwise, the requirements are the same as for instant coffee – the storage place should be dark, dry and cool.
If we talk about the benefits of coffee, then the most useful is considered to be the one that has not been subjected to any processing. That is, the instant drink is always lower in the rating than the "whole" one.
However, it cannot be said that the instant version is devoid of any advantages: for example, it has less caffeine and no cafestol at all, which causes atherosclerosis.
