You will need to combine 4 eggs and 50 g of sugar in a bowl, then beat the ingredients until a fluffy foam forms.
Melt 110 g of white chocolate in biscuits with 100 g of 33% fat cream in a water bath.
After this, mix 40 g of cornstarch with 100 g of coconut milk and 5 g of lemon zest.
Pour the milk-starch mixture into a bowl with 360 g of soft cottage cheese and beat everything with a blender. When the mixture has a uniform consistency, add melted white chocolate and beaten eggs to it
The casserole should be baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees in a baking pan, which should first be covered with parchment paper (don’t forget to spray the paper with water).
After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the mixture becomes evenly dense.
When the casserole has cooled, cut it into pieces and serve, garnished with fresh or frozen berries.
