We are talking about a layered salad that looks like a cake. But not in taste.
This dish belongs to an unusual type - "Snack cake".
The most interesting example is a dish called "Snow Crab".
The recipe for this snack cake was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.
How to Make Snow Crab Snack Cake
First, take a pack of crab sticks, open it, take out the contents and carefully unwrap each stick.
The resulting “leaves” are the basis of the future dish.
Next, boil four eggs, separate the whites and yolks from each other. Grind these components separately. Use a grater.
Place all the chopped egg whites and part of the yolk into a deep container.
Add 150 grams of grated cheese, some chopped greens and a couple of finely chopped garlic cloves. Season the mixture with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Next, start assembling the cake. Alternate the crab "leaves" with the egg-cheese mixture.
Grease the resulting "construction" with the rest of the mass seasoned with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the cake with the remaining grated yolk.
As a result, you will get a very beautiful and incredibly tasty salad.
