You will need:
- flour 250 g;
- butter 150 g;
- baking powder 1 tsp;
- cottage cheese (5-9% fat) 300 g;
- sour cream 3 tbsp;
- sugar 180 g;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp;
- powdered sugar and coconut flakes to taste.
How to cook
1. Mix flour with baking powder and add diced butter.
Mix everything into a homogeneous crumb.
2. Add 80 grams of sugar and one beaten egg, knead a soft dough, which should be placed in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, regular and vanilla sugar, egg. Beat with a blender until smooth.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, roll out the dough, place it in a baking pan to get high sides.
5. Add the filling, spread it with a spatula and put the pie in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
During this time, the filling should become thick and the dough should become golden brown.
After the pie has cooled, remove it from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar or coconut flakes. Enjoy!
