But not everyone enjoyed eating potato sausages.

And that's too bad. After all, the dish is incredibly appetizing.

The expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, cook, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova told how to prepare this unusual and very tasty dish.
Potato Sausages Recipe
First, chop 250 grams of bacon and put these pieces into the frying pan.
Fry the fatty product for about eight minutes. The fire should be medium.
Next, add 200 grams of diced onion to the crispy bacon. After 8 minutes, the mixture will be ready.
After this, peel 650 grams of potatoes. The nightshade should be finely chopped.
Drain the resulting potato mass from most of the liquid and mix with the previously prepared bacon-onion mixture.
Salt and pepper the base. Then stuff it into the previously prepared pork casing for homemade sausage.
Divide the resulting “construction” into several small sausages using threads.
Place the future dish in a baking dish. Place the dish in the oven. The sausages should be baked for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
The result will be a luxurious, tasty and filling dish.
