Chicken cutlets almost always turn out delicious. Why almost? Sometimes they come out too dry and hard.
To protect yourself from such an "accident" in the kitchen, try improving the recipe you usually use.
To add a bit of variety to your usual dinner and even more – to make it truly exquisite – you need to add shrimp to the minced meat, as well as cheese and zucchini.
For an average serving you will need about 200 g of seafood.
Defrost and clean the shrimp, and prepare the chicken by cutting 200 g of fillet into small pieces of any shape.
After this, combine both products in a blender bowl and grind them to obtain minced meat with a uniform consistency.
Grate 100 g of mozzarella and half a zucchini on a coarse grater.
Important: Before adding the zucchini to the common pot, squeeze it out to get rid of excess liquid – it can spoil the mince.
All that remains is to break a chicken egg, 5 green onions and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into the plate with the minced meat.
Mix all the ingredients and you can make cutlets.
If you want to try a more dietary version of the dish, do not fry the cutlets in a frying pan, but cook them in a multicooker. Half an hour in the "Steam" mode is enough.
This meat dish can be eaten with any side dish.
