Cottage cheese donuts are a wonderful alternative to syrniki or casserole. They are fluffy and cooked in the oven, which makes them healthier.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to cook and what is needed.

You will need:
- cottage cheese 250 g;
- flour 550 g;
- eggs 4 pcs;
- sugar 60 g;
- vanilla sugar 1 tsp;
- baking powder 1/2 tsp;
- soda 1 tsp;
- vinegar 1/2 tsp;
- powdered sugar.
How to cook
1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and start making the dough.
2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, regular and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
3. Using a blender or mixer, bring the mixture to a uniform consistency.
4. Dissolve the soda in vinegar and add to the mixture.
5. Mix flour with baking powder, add to the curd mass, knead the dough and form donuts, dividing the dough into 22-24 parts.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the ingredients on it and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
