It turns out that a familiar side dish turns into a real culinary masterpiece if you use just two additional ingredients.

We're talking about pork and garlic.
Thanks to these additives, you will get a dish called "Brutal Fried Potatoes": the satiety and intense spicy aroma will pleasantly surprise you.
The recipe for this unusual dish was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova.
Making "brutal" fried potatoes
First, cut 300 grams of pork into strips.
If you don't want to use this type of meat, then take a look at the alternative option - chicken fillet.
Place the pieces of meat in a frying pan that was previously filled with vegetable oil.
Lightly fry the bars on all sides.
After 2 minutes of cooking the meat, add 600 grams of diced potatoes.
Next, stir the contents of the pan well, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and wait 5 minutes.
Once this time has elapsed, remove the lid, stir the potato-meat mixture again, add a little butter, replace the lid and set the timer for 3 minutes.
Next, use an additive such as crushed garlic (three cloves will do). In addition, you should add salt and ground pepper.
Mix the resulting dish thoroughly, reduce the heat to low and cook the food until fully cooked.
