You will need:
- chicken breast 400 g;
- tomatoes 400 g;
- potatoes 400 g;
- pepper (bell pepper) 300 g;
- cheese 250 gr;
- vegetable oil to taste;
- lemon juice to taste.
How to cook
1. Boil the chicken fillet, let it cool and separate it into thin fibers.
2. Boil the potatoes in their skins. When ready, peel and cut into small slices.
3. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the tomatoes into cubes.
4. Place the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese and season with vegetable oil mixed with lemon juice.
Mix, cool the salad and serve. Enjoy!
