Not everyone can afford a casserole for breakfast on a weekday. The only exceptions are those lucky ones who don't have to rush to work in the morning.
But with this recipe the situation changes – the light and quick casserole will be tastier than the syrniki.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-class baker told how to cook.
You will need:
- cottage cheese 600 g;
- vanilla sugar 10 g;
- corn starch 30 g;
- eggs 4 pcs;
- sour cream 250 g;
- sugar 120 g;
- a pinch of salt.
How to cook
1. In a deep bowl, mix the cottage cheese with regular and vanilla sugar, add starch, egg yolk and sour cream.
2. Beat with a blender until a cream-like mass is formed.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the whites with salt and sugar, then mix with the curd mass.
4. To make the taste richer, you can add raisins, nuts or coconut flakes.
5. Mix, grease the baking dish with oil, put the dough in it and cook the casserole until done in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Enjoy!
