You will need:
- carrots 400 g;
- flour 250 g;
- baking powder 10 g;
- vegetable oil 300 g;
- sugar 200 g;
- eggs 4 pcs;
- vanillin to taste;
- cinnamon 1 tsp;
- ground ginger 1/2 tsp;
- a pinch of salt.
How to cook
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, and at this time beat the eggs with vegetable oil, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
2. When ready, mix the flour and baking powder, sift, add salt, spices and knead the dough.
3. Peel the carrots, grate them on a fine grater, if desired, you can add chopped walnuts, and add everything to the finished dough.
4. Mix, grease the baking pan with oil, transfer the dough into it and put the pie in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
