Bell peppers seem to be made for stuffing and baking in the oven.

You will need:
- bell pepper 4 pcs;
- chicken fillet 400 g;
- onion 1 pc;
- garlic 4 cloves;
- champignons 200 gr;
- tomatoes 2 pcs;
- butter 50 g;
- cheese 50 gr;
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp;
- salt, pepper, basil to taste.
How to cook
1. Finely dice the onion and fry in butter with chopped garlic for 5 minutes.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and fry until golden brown. Then add chopped champignons, chopped basil, salt and spices, and simmer for 7 minutes.
3. Mix the mushrooms with the chicken and onion, cut the tomatoes into slices.
4. Peel the bell pepper, remove the stem and stuff it with the prepared mixture. Cover with a piece of tomato on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour mayonnaise.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
