Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - a cook, fourth-category baker told how to bake mashed potatoes in the oven.

You will need:
- potatoes 600 g;
- butter 60 g;
- cheese 80 gr;
- eggs 1 pc;
- salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook
1. Wash, peel and boil the potatoes in salted water to make mashed potatoes.
2. The finished tubers can be easily pierced with a knife.
3. Drain the water, prepare the puree, but only with butter – without milk or cream.
4. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the puree.
5. Next, beat the egg and add it to the finished puree, mix until a homogeneous mass is formed and add salt and spices to taste.
6. Transfer the puree into a pastry sleeve with a wide nozzle and squeeze out portions onto a baking sheet, keeping the interval and distance between them.
Bake the puree in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
During this time, the preparations should be covered with a golden crust. Enjoy your meal!
