- a kilogram of meat (pork or beef);
- four glasses of water;
- 50 grams of sugar and salt;
- three large spoons of liquid honey and butter;

- three cloves of garlic.
Method of preparation
You will need to put water, sugar and salt in a suitable container. We try to dissolve all the components. Then we add the meat and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Next, combine the chopped garlic, thyme, mustard, lemon juice and zest, oil, and honey. Use the mixture to process the meat, which should first be dried.
