How to cook Dragomirovskaya porridge: incredibly tasty and very simple

To put it simply, we are talking about buckwheat with mushrooms, carrots and onions.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to cook and what is needed.

You will need:

  • buckwheat 1 cup;
  • water 2 glasses;
  • dried mushrooms 50 g;
  • butter 3 tbsp;
  • flour 1 tbsp;
  • onions 3-4 pcs;
  • carrot 1 pc;
  • cream 1 cup;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

How to cook

1. Sort out the buckwheat, rinse and cook as usual, adding two glasses of water.

2. Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for an hour and a half.

3. Peel the onion and carrot, chop, fry in butter, add mushrooms and fry until the water evaporates.

4. Next, pour in the cream, add salt and spices, herbs to taste and remove from the stove.

To serve the porridge, you need to put it in layers, layering the buckwheat with a mixture of vegetables and mushrooms, greasing each layer of porridge with butter, but this is an acquired taste. Enjoy your meal!
