Housewives can please their family with a light and filling chocolate cake.
The dessert can be served with tea on a special occasion or for breakfast.

You will need:
- cottage cheese 350 gr
- eggs 3 pcs;
- butter 100 g;
- chocolate 100 gr;
- flour 110 g;
- sugar 150 gr
- baking powder 0.5 tsp;
- vanilla to taste,
- a pinch of salt.
How to cook
1. Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath. Beat two eggs with sugar (100 g) and salt until foam forms.
2. Add melted chocolate and butter to the egg mixture, stir, then add flour, baking powder and vanilla.
3. Knead the dough, which should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
4. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the egg, sugar and vanillin, beat with a blender.
5. Pour some of the dough into a baking pan greased with butter or lined with parchment paper.
5. Then put the cottage cheese filling on top and pour the rest of the dough on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!
