"All by one": an unusual way of making pancakes
First, place the following ingredients in a deep container:
- flour (one cup with a volume of about 300 milliliters);
- granulated sugar (one tablespoon);
- salt (one pinch).
Mix the contents of the bowl well. Then add the following to it:
- one egg;
- kefir (one mug; it is advisable to use a fermented milk product with a fat content of 2.5 percent);
- baking soda (one teaspoon).
After mixing again, let the dough sit for about 100 seconds.
Then it should be time for the following components:
- milk (one mug);
- vegetable oil (one tablespoon).
Mix the mixture again. The result will be a rather liquid dough, from which thin and very tasty pancakes will come out: you will be delighted.
