Parents magazine called children's food tantrums a "silent war."
But the war is over: mix ground meat, grated zucchini and cream cheese to end up with patties that no little brat can resist.
Culinary blogger Liza Glinka (1.5 million subscribers) reveals the secret: “Zucchini retains moisture and is not noticeable in taste.”

For 500 g of minced meat, take 1 zucchini (grate, squeeze out the juice) and 100 g of cream cheese.
Zucchini replaces the egg and breadcrumbs, and cream cheese adds a tenderness that will win over even the skeptical grandmother.
You can use any minced meat – chicken, turkey or even fish.
The main thing is not to tell the children that there are vegetables inside. For a crispy crust, roll the cutlets in corn flour before frying.
Chef Igor Grishechkin advises: “Add a pinch of nutmeg to the mince – this will enhance the aroma, but will not overpower the taste of the zucchini.”
If the kids are stubborn, call the dish "cheese clouds" - it works without fail.
Fry the cutlets for 4 minutes on each side, and you can serve them, or you can store them in the freezer - they will remain juicy even after defrosting.
Nutritionist Anna Ivanova (Domashniy Ochag) notes: “This is the ideal balance of protein and fiber,” and Tatyana from Rostov shares: “For the first time, my son asked for a cutlet instead of a sausage!”
Serve with a Greek yogurt dip made with dill and garlic for a fresh twist.
