Some people – there are quite a few of them, by the way – prefer to drink tea with millet.
Why? Not only for the sake of special aesthetic pleasure.
This drink is very beneficial for health: it effectively removes toxins from the body and generally cleanses it.

Also, thanks to tea with millet, immunity is strengthened and metabolic processes are improved.
The drink also lowers blood pressure, normalizes blood sugar levels, and has a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract.
Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , spoke about how to brew tea with millet correctly.
Important: millet must be whole, dried, roasted, not crushed.
As for tea, we mean black, granulated tea.
The drink should ultimately have a tea-like aroma, without any hint of millet.
For one cup of tea you will need one teaspoon of cereal. The drink should not be infused for more than 7 minutes.
If the tea is left to stand for 10 minutes or more, it will become so bitter that it will no longer be drinkable.
By the way, if you brew it correctly, the color of the tea will be red-brown.
If the taste of millet still causes rejection, add milk.
