A masterpiece of home cooking – shrimps in a frying pan in 5 minutes. They will gobble everything up right away

Anyone who has ever tried fried shrimp says that it is one of the most delicious dishes.

Some, having once become acquainted with its taste, became “hooked” on home cooking products and now constantly enjoy such shrimp.

They are especially tasty and aromatic if cooked with spices and served with a spicy sauce.

There is nothing tricky about frying shrimp in a frying pan for 5 minutes so that they come out juicy and with a golden crust.

The recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

We will need the shrimp themselves (600 grams), a clove of garlic, a small chili pepper, a pinch of salt, white wine (40 ml).

You will also need lemon, butter (tablespoon), olive oil (to taste) and parsley (for decoration).

We begin the process by cleaning the shrimp – removing the heads and the black thread on the back.

Next, rinse under running water and dry on a paper towel.

After this, add the chili pepper and finely chopped garlic to a frying pan with olive oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Once these ingredients are browned, add butter and put in the shrimp.

Next, we fry over high heat for 2 minutes on each side.

Then add a little white wine - as soon as it evaporates, cover the pan with a lid and continue frying for another five minutes.

That's all. Place the finished products on a plate, pour lemon juice over them and decorate with greens. Enjoy your meal!
