Many people want their chicken soup to contain tasty pieces of poultry, but you won’t be able to make a rich, golden-colored soup using breast or drumsticks.
You need to add bones and paws. Yes, cooking broth does not look the most appetizing, but you will remove all the excess later.
Onions and carrots
In order for the chicken soup to be the perfect color and impress with its taste, you will need to add one whole carrot to the pan while cooking the broth.
Onions also need to be added, but there is one important trick: remove only the top layer of the husk. Thanks to this, the soup will turn out golden.
Perfect sautéing
If you want your chicken soup to be a real masterpiece, then onions and carrots should be fried in butter with the addition of sugar and selected spices and dried herbs.
