Vitamin cocktail with sea buckthorn and orange
This tea will be a great drink to strengthen the immune system and will be a preventative measure against colds. You will need to peel one orange and cut it into pieces.
In a blender, grind 300 grams of sea buckthorn berries with mint. You can adjust the amount of the plant to your taste. Add the orange and use the blender again.
Add half a small spoon of ground ginger and cinnamon and freeze.
Classic Ginger Tea with Lemon
This drink will be very rich, healthy and tasty. You will need to peel the ginger root. Adjust its quantity at your discretion: the more you add the component, the more piquant the drink will be. Cut the root into slices.
Remove the zest from the lemon and chop the fruit itself. Add the above ingredients to the blender. Then add water, mint and honey, and blend until smooth.
