How to cook tender cutlets?
Ingredients
- a kilogram of minced meat;
- two onions;
- 150 grams of white bread;
- one chicken egg;
- a small spoon of salt;
- one hundred grams of butter;
- vegetable oil (as much as needed);
- spices.
Method of preparation
Immediately separate the bread from the crusts and put it in a bowl with water. Meanwhile, chop the onion with a blender and add it to the minced meat, mix.
Next, add the bread itself, eggs, salt and selected spices, and bring to a homogeneous state.
Leave the preparation in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then fry in a frying pan with oil until a strong crust appears. Next, cover the baking sheet with paper, grease with oil, put the cutlets. Put a block of butter on each.
