The salad called "Seagull" will not only be a great addition to an everyday dinner, but is also suitable for a festive table.
The recipe for an incredibly tasty and filling snack was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova.
The dish contains the following ingredients:
- Hard-boiled chicken eggs (4-5 pieces);
- Green peas from a can (250 ml);
- Hard, processed or sausage cheese (200 g);
- White or purple onion (1 small head);
- Mayonnaise or sour cream for dressing;
- Fresh or pickled cucumbers (optional).
The onion should be finely chopped. To remove the unpleasant bitterness inherent in this vegetable, it should be scalded with boiling water.
Cut the eggs and cucumbers into small cubes, about the size of a pea.
Also finely chop the cheese or grate it on a coarse grater.
Add mayonnaise or sour cream dressing to all prepared ingredients, then mix them in a salad bowl.
