You can make a lot of interesting dishes from pumpkin, not just porridge or cream soup. Here is an example of an unusual dessert with eggs and cream cheese.

You will need:
- mascarpone cheese 180 gr;
- pumpkin 800 g;
- eggs 2 pcs;
- powdered sugar 4 tbsp.
How to cook
1. Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes.
2. Beat eggs with powdered sugar and add cream cheese. If you don't have mascarpone in the fridge, you can replace the cheese with sour cream, but only with the highest percentage of fat.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the pumpkin in it in an even layer.
4. Pour over the egg-cream sauce and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
The dessert is ready when the pumpkin is soft. Depending on the type of pumpkin, it may take a little longer to cook.
