This sandwich spread combines the tenderness of fish, the creamy texture of cottage cheese and the freshness of greens.
An easy-to-follow recipe was shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova.
Of course, you should start by buying the necessary products. You will need:
- 1 can of pink salmon in its own juice,
- 0.5 pack of fine-grained cottage cheese,
- 100 g butter,
- 0.5 bunch of dill,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
If desired, you can add 1 onion.
Take the pink salmon out of the can and remove the bones if you come across any, then mash it with a fork and mix it with the cottage cheese.
After this, add softened butter to the mixture and stir until all ingredients are uniform.
Finely chopped dill, salt and pepper should also be added to the bowl with the fish mixture. Remember that canned fish already contains salt, so don't overdo it.
If you want to add additional flavor notes, include finely chopped and fried in butter onion in the spread - this component will make the taste of the snack even deeper and give it a pleasant sweetness.
