Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-class baker told how to prepare the salad "Kievskiy".
You will need:
- potatoes 2 pcs;
- carrot 1 pc;
- chicken eggs 2 pcs;
- pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs;
- bell pepper 1 pc;
- ham 200 gr;
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp;
- green peas 4 tbsp.
How to cook
1. Put the potatoes and carrots to boil in their skins. Boil the eggs.
2. The bell pepper should be cleaned of seeds and then cut into cubes, but not larger than the other ingredients for the salad.
3. Boiled vegetables and hard-boiled eggs should be peeled and cut into cubes. Do the same with pickles and ham.
Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
Cool before serving. Enjoy!
