By the way, these pies can be fried in a frying pan.
You will need:
- sour cream (15-20% fat) 200 g;
- chicken egg 1 pc;
- flour 2 cups;
- sugar 1 tsp;
- salt 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp;
- baking powder 1 packet.
How to cook
1. Mix the egg and sour cream in a bowl, add vegetable oil, salt and sugar.
2. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into a bowl through a sieve.
3. Knead the dough until it is soft and elastic. When ready, it should not stick to your hands.
4. You can form pies, with or without filling. Fry the pies in a heated frying pan with a large amount of oil over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
