From the leftover zucchini you can very quickly prepare a delicious appetizer or side dish for dinner.
Thanks to the special sauce, the dish turns out aromatic, filling and light. Moreover, it can be prepared not only from zucchini or young squash.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to cook zucchini in a creamy sauce.
You will need:
- zucchini 500 g;
- cream 100 ml;
- flour 1-2 tbsp;
- dill and garlic to taste;
- salt and spices to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. If necessary, peel and seed the zucchini and cut the flesh into small cubes.
2. Thoroughly bread the product in flour and fry in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. When ready, pour in the cream, stir and simmer over low heat.
4. Chop the garlic, dill and when the cream becomes thick, put it in the frying pan, stir and after one minute remove from heat. Enjoy!
