Potato cutlets with mushrooms are not the same as mashed potatoes with fried mushrooms and vegetables.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova, a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook potato zrazy.
You will need:
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- champignons - 300 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- flour - 80 g;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, mash, add the egg, flour, salt and pepper, mix and divide into equal parts.
2. Prepare the filling: chop the onion and mushrooms, fry, salt to taste, add chopped garlic.
3. Form a flat cake from the potato dough, fill it with mushrooms, join the edges and form cutlets.
4. Bread in flour and fry in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
