According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, there is one ingredient that can replace the above-mentioned product, and that is sour cream.
Any kind won’t do – look for sour cream with medium fat content, about 15%, in the store.
Step by step instructions
Take a suitable bowl, break 4 eggs into it and add 4 tablespoons of sour cream. You also need to add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased frying pan or baking dish.
Cook the omelette under a closed lid until fully cooked.
